There is no single “peptide clinic license” in Florida. The owner first defines the business structure, physical clinic, practitioners, medical services, prescribing model, pharmacy relationships, medication handling, and whether the practice falls within Florida’s Health Care Clinic Act. The peptide itself is only one part of the business.
Define the legal entity, ownership, brick-and-mortar location, local business requirements, and intended services. Register the entity (Sunbiz) and handle local permitting.

Identify who evaluates patients, who prescribes, who administers, who monitors, and where escalation goes. For medications, know which pharmacy or source is used, exactly what products are supplied, how they reach the clinic or patient, storage requirements, and whether you administer or dispense.
