A director who accepts a role without knowing the practice cannot really govern it.
Your clinic structure and AHCA status, the service lines you run, your providers and any APP supervision needs, your location(s), a requested start date, any transition from a prior director, and your expectations for physician access and on-site involvement.
For AHCA clinics especially, a signed agreement is the start — the governance relationship and any required agency filing have to actually be in place before the director is functioning.
