Complete the MFMD cost estimator, review the estimated fees, and submit your practice details. Estimator submission and MFMD review are required before an introductory call can be scheduled. After review, MFMD will arrange a complimentary 15-minute call if needed.
After MFMD’s initial review of your project, you may request a detailed review, including:
Review of personnel credentials and scope of practice.
Equipment research, including FDA clearance or approval status for the intended use.
Detailed analysis and implementation planning for new treatment services.
We agree on the scope of work and estimated cost before beginning.
Tailored research and project review: $175 per hour.
If you proceed with MFMD services, 50% of the paid review fees will be credited toward your initial MFMD payment.
