Ownership and clinical authority are separate questions. An RN may have an ownership interest in a business, but RN ownership does not create prescribing authority, expand the nursing scope, or automatically make the business AHCA-exempt. Build the ownership, AHCA, and clinical-governance pieces separately.

What are the two separate pieces of RN ownership?
The business entity can be owned by an RN; the clinical work still requires authorized clinicians to evaluate, diagnose, and prescribe. An RN administers under an appropriate order — ownership does not enlarge the license.
Owner takeaway
Owning the company does not make the RN the prescriber. Confirm the AHCA pathway and the physician/APP prescribing model separately with counsel.
